Paul had just finished a note explaining to us what radical love is, the way God loves us and the way we should love God and others….then he explains basically….. before he understood radical love he acted and spoke like a child, understood the way a child does…but as he grew into God’s man he now gets it…..he struggles to see clearly but I believe he is saying as we see as Jesus sees we know people the way Jesus knows people.
In this day and age there is such a need for joy….I don’t think anyone would say…”Gee I watched the news today and felt so much joy!”
